We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with 3 years of post-graduate experience.
Experience with K-12 and/or retail is preferred. The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with clients, vendors, and consultants regularly and be flexible based on feedback. Familiarity with current trends and optimal solutions for our clients is a must. Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and strong communication skills are a plus. We are looking for a Job Captain with 1-2 years minimum of post-graduate experience in Architecture.
Experience with K-12 and/or retail is preferred. He/she will participate as an essential part of the team in all aspects of design, managing, and delivery of projects from concept design through construction administration. You must have the ability to coordinate with interior design, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and civil engineering consultants throughout the project. You will produce contract documents that follow local, state, and federal building codes. Provide permitting support and attend client meetings. Proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and digital rendering (Sketchup, Twin Motion) is a plus.
