Located in the Mooresville Mill Village Historic District, Greenworks Tools selected this location as their new North American Headquarters due to proximity of the Lowes Home Improvement’s headquarters.  This 40,000 SF office upfit resides in the old Cotton Mill which dates back to 1893.  The upfit consisted of a variety of spaces including reception, open and enclosed offices, large and small conference rooms, work areas, training rooms, kitchenette areas, toilet facilities, and a delivery receiving and storage area.  The upfit is all very modern with lots of color and glass, which provides a pleasing contrast against the rustic character of the existing mill building.  Adams + Associates completed this project in conjunction with PTI Interior Design.
