The Performing Arts Center facility was a new building addition to the North Iredell High School campus. The scope included a 700-seat auditorium with an elevated stage and backstage area, band and chorus classrooms, soundproof practice rooms, a broadcasting facility, and classrooms.  Included in this scope was the addition of a Theater Classroom & Theater storage adjacent to the back-stage area to be utilized in the construction of production set pieces by students.  The main lobby gives direct access to the auditorium.   Adams + Associates Architecture provided full architectural services including programming, site planning, full architectural and interior design, construction documents, and construction administration.
