Cabarrus Health Alliance undertook an expansion of their dental practice by repurposing vacant space within their existing facility. The renovation involved reconfiguring an existing lab and storage area into two office spaces, while relocating the storage to a previously designated office. Additionally, the vacant business area was renovated to accommodate three new dental stations, equipped with state-of-the-art dental equipment, furniture, and x-ray machines, matching the existing stations within the facility to enhance operational efficiency.

To improve both patient and staff experience, a new door was installed to provide direct access from the waiting room to the newly created dental hygiene bay. A second door was added to improve flow and facilitate easier access to the expanded storage room from the dental hygiene bay. Existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were modified to meet updated code requirements, ensuring seamless integration with the newly expanded layout.
